Art Portraits

Macu
WALT sketch a face by following grid guidelines to make each feature on the face in proportion.

First we drew a picture of what we thought we looked like.
I thought my before picture: I didn’t like it because it didn’t have enough detail and it was just a floating head in the middle of the page.

After a few art lessons we learned how to sketch a grid across the shape of our face to help us draw each feature in proportion.

I thought my after picture: it had a lot of detail and it had a neck, shoulders and everything was lined up.
